I have a business that offers business solutions in marketing, sales, administration, and employee benefits. As the former general manager of a design/build construction company, and now owner of a business consulting firm, I understand the many challenges a business owner faces while building and growing their business.
My knowledge and experience include working in several business areas: office management for an architecture/mechanical engineering firm, accounting in a student housing cooperative, marketing for an international mutual fund family, supporting global asset managers, admin for international biotech and technology investment managers, operations manager for a venture capital fund of funds, corporate facility management including relocation management, sales for a NYSE-listed company.
I look at how things are organized — or not — in order to identify a smooth, efficient flow that clearly reflects a company’s mission while building its long-term vision.
